
Desleigh is an experienced facilitator, coach and human resources consultant, with over 20 years of experience across a wide variety of organisations including in the energy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, allied health, finance, and insurance industries and not for profit sector.
Desleigh works with organisations to proactively develop their people and culture through coaching, workshops and programs that are aligned with business objectives, drive results and deliver strategic outcomes.
Desleigh partners with clients providing advice and working in collaboration to find solutions to meet their needs. She designs and delivers bespoke programs as well as delivering workshops on DISC, workplace culture, change management, and people management. Examples of recent bespoke programs include collaboration, internal consultation and change leadership.
Desleigh’s depth and breadth of experience includes leading teams in human resources, safety, learning and education and a range of support services. Her extensive background in human resources business partnering provides a strong basis for her work and enables deeper insights.
Her focus is on partnering with organisations wanting to improve their people practices and culture, recognising the unique needs and existing culture of individual clients; and the people working within those organisations.
