Lisa Paton

Lisa has experience working in for-profit and for-purpose sectors designing holistic solutions to challenging and complex people problems. She easily builds rapport and engenders trust, which enables her to have genuine conversations that lead to solutions addressing the root causes of conflicts. Her facilitation skills are particularly effective in conflict resolution, guiding facilitated conversations to achieve mutual understanding and resolution. She is highly skilled in gaining buy-in to shared organisational values, challenging and transforming negative or counter-productive
behaviours, and shifting thinking patterns that
hinder higher performance.

Lisa is passionate about developing solutions that enhance people and organisational effectiveness.
As a Psychologist, she specialises in developing leaders, utilising psychometric assessment, and
creating positive cultural change in organisations. She recognises the important role that work plays in our lives and builds the capability of individuals, teams, and broader organisations to adapt to the changing demands of the workplace. Lisa has extensive experience working with Executive Leaders to develop existing skill sets, as well as preparing leaders to be successors.
